Literally the BEST experience I ever had with a mechanic. I got a faulty alternator and William came back SAME DAY to upload everything for the warranty claim, I was only down an additional day. Couldn’t be more pleased with his service and will be trying to request him from here on out. A new loyal YourMechanic customer for sure 🤗❤️

William showed up on time. Very knowledgeable, courteous, pleasant to talk to. He explained what he was doing. Asked him what SUV he would recommend. He said any of the mechanics could even go and do a 125 point inspection on a vehicle I may be thinking of buying in the future which I thought was great. He is fantastic. Will definitely use William again for any car repairs.

This is the first time I’ve used a mobile mechanic and all I can say is I wished I’d known about it sooner. Shawn arrived well ahead of time, was fast and efficient in his replacement of my hybrid vehicle’s battery and answered all of my questions. The work was done Lockett split and I’m a happy camper - especially seeing the final charge was less than the quote!
