2002 Ford E-350 Econoline Club Wagon 145,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

This is my second Wrench experience this with Manny as the technician. Immediately he put my mind at ease so I could take care of personal matters while he replaced a water pump and notified my when done. Great service was provided to me.

I was a upset at the start of my appointment because John was running late due to some issues out of his control with other customers, which is understandable albeit frustrating. However, John went above and beyond to make this right, not only by the jobs I asked for done in a timely manner, but also by fixing a few other small things to show how apologetic he was for the delay. John earned this 5 star review, and I am so happy with his work that the deay doesn’t even matter. Thank you John, I will request you next time!

Mike was/is Absolutely Wonderful!! i have to admit that i was a little nervous about this appt because Mark had been here before and i wanted Mark to do this job but didnt call you guys back to ask for Mark....Mike showed up and showed out and i couldnt be more pleased and happy with his work and his patience to answer all of my questions. If Mark and Mike are any indication of the level of expertise you guys have, you have a loyal customer in me. i want him to do the next job!!!
