Peter worked on my car again today and like usual he was a 1/2 hour early. Honest, courteous and trustworthy. He worked on my car and I asked him, to please get me back on the road, because I needed the car for work. Peter went above and beyond to fix my car. He found the parts for my car, which was not easy to find, but with determination he found them. Thank you so much Peter. After wasting almost 10 days trying to get my old starter replaced, I took a shot in the dark and tried Your Mechanic. Great experience from beginning to end. Brian exemplified what "customer service" really means. Kept me posted regarding possible delays based on the ridiculous rainy weather and unforeseen circumstances with prior jobs, which I completely understand having been in the service industry for over 35 years myself. He arrived, worked efficiently, and got me up and running in no time. Wish I had done this days earlier. Will definitely go to him for help on all of the 4 family vehicles.
