After wasting almost 10 days trying to get my old starter replaced, I took a shot in the dark and tried Your Mechanic. Great experience from beginning to end. Brian exemplified what "customer service" really means. Kept me posted regarding possible delays based on the ridiculous rainy weather and unforeseen circumstances with prior jobs, which I completely understand having been in the service industry for over 35 years myself. He arrived, worked efficiently, and got me up and running in no time. Wish I had done this days earlier. Will definitely go to him for help on all of the 4 family vehicles. Jesse was a great pick to send my way. If your using your mechanic choose Jesse. He was very knowledgeable about the repairs he was doing. Don’t use the over priced dealership! I had a boost leak and I had the dealership look at it and they couldn’t find it sadly, but you know who did? Jesse did in 5 seconds. It was quite impressive.
