Paul was great. Showed up early. Took the time( well beyond the one hour limit that he was paid by the company) to diagnose a tricky electrical problem. I would recommend him highly.

His evaluation of the problem was pretty quick, his explanation of the problem was clear and confident, and his plan and scheduling of the eventual repair is exactly what we needed.
