Matthew shook my hand right away upon meeting me.
I told him a little about what happened to the car based on my knowledge and just what I heard when driving it. He understood completely. He didn't chastise me about not taking care of the car (I've had a mechanic do this). He was very courteous and once he said he used to work for GM I knew he was the guy to work on my vehicle. He was done within an hour and 15 minutes. It would've taken me all day to do this. I didn't mind the price. I thought it was reasonable.

Needed car to pass inspection by the next day. Deward showed up as scheduled and had my part on in a snap. He showed up as the door once done and I thought he needed something or had a question.
