2003 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 142,500 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

This was my first time using yourmechanic.com. Ben called me saying that he was done with his appointment and would like to see if he can come out early. He came out to look at my truck an hour earlier. I told him what was happening and he went on to look at my truck. He found the problem, I thought it was something major. He was nice, efficient, and helpful. I would recommend him to anyone.

Matthew arrived on time today, and he was eager to go to work. He quickly knew what the problem and had a plan to fix it. ( bad fuel pump). Also, he had to switch is original game plan due to area the truck was parked. He started to work and kept me informed of his progress. The website said it would take 2.5 hours but he was done in about 1.5 hours. Glad that i found this service. It is very convenient and able to do the work at my home. Arrived on time, knowledgeable about the part being replaced and how long it would take. I'm glad that I booked him for this job. The part was in a difficult location and I would have been passed off if I had done it myself. Very knowledgeable on how a mafia sensor should read and what mine was not doing I'm in the process of buying this vehicle and the codes are driving up the wall.
