Alejandros was very courteous. He had trouble with getting the oil filter off due to the previous service. He worked hard to get in off and finish the service even though it required a lot of extra time. He was neat and cleaned up any areas where something spilled. Would definitely use again.

Breck arrived on time. He was very courteous and professional. Displayed great skills as a mechanic. Perfect job of diagnosing problems/issues and addressing them.

Originally I called William out to replace my serpentine and drive belts, change oil, and replace my top radiator hose because we believed that was the source of the fluid leak for the radiator. A few problems came along, namely that the belts I provided were mismatched but one worked, and after replacing the upper radiator hose we found a leak in the water pump itself that is probably the real problem. I had to book for next Saturday, but overall I am impressed and greatly relieved with the service I've received. I look forward to continuing to use William as my mechanic.
