Could not have asked for a better mechanic. Ben arrived 15 minutes before appt. (what a wonderful surprise), got to work on my car, was finished timely, cleaned up the door. He was polite, cheerful and personable. It was such an unusual experience to have a mechanic who fixed your car and didn't try to "sell" you more that was needed. Usually my husband has to first meet the mechanic to ask for an estimate because we found out that it's always higher when I ask for it! I will recommend Ben to my friends. Kris was very detailed in his explanation of what happened to my car, the sound it was making, and solutions to get it back running again. I appreciate his honesty and knowledge about the historical make up of the engine.
