William was friendly, communicative, helpful and highly knowledgeable/skilled with fixing my BMW X3. He was on time and took the time to patiently and thoroughly explain everything to me. William went above and beyond to address all of my car concerns very well and did an excellent job fixing the car’s issues. I highly recommend William to my family and friends for their car repairs and also will happily use William again for any future services with my car.

Always makes sure he has the right parts and coolant before showing up, verifying and confirming with me about everything, never any surprises or fast ones being pulled behind my back, you pay for quality and you most certainly get it!
