2019 BMW 230i 60,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

Theodore doesn't talk too much but he gets the job done. My BMW brakes much more smoothly after he replaced the front rotor and pad. He rotated my tires even though that's not included. He doesn't oversell a service that is not needed. In my case, after visually checking the car. he immediately said the rear rotor and pad don't need replacement. And he is correct.

Johnny is the best, he showed up to cover my appointment after a last minute cancelation, he arrived EARLY and was in and out in less than 30 mins. He went above and beyond, and even put air in my tires, plus he's hilarious!
