Jared was absolutely fantastic! He arrived on time, was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. He quickly identified the problem with my car and took the time to explain to me what was going on and needed to be fixed. Jared then obtained the correct part my car required and promptly fixed the problem. In addition, Jared took the time to give me some tips on car maintenance to ensure my Audi will run smoothly.
To be honest, I was apprehensive about hiring a mobile mechanic to work on my Audi, as I have had other mobile mechanics come out for other vehicles I’ve had, and I did not have good experiences.
