Chuck is just an awesome dude. I live in Queens, NY and was interested in purchasing a car located in Plano Texas. Due to Covid-19 travel restrictions, I could not take a trip down there myself to see it. Chuck stepped in and performed a pre purchase car inspection. He did a great job and was very very thorough. So much so that he found additional scuffs and scratches that the dealer claimed they didn't see. I asked him to take pictures for me of the entire car, inside and out. He did not disappoint. The dealer company even joked about having him come work for them. That was exactly what I needed, someone to represent me in a knowledgeable and professional manner. Adam was great he had originally called me earlier to see if he could come early but I couldn’t make the earlier time. Adam arrived right on time. He kind, courteous, and well mannered. He knew exactly what he had to do and took care of replacing the battery. He made the inconvenience not seem that bad. I would definitely use this service again.
