James is like hoping to hire a cook and getting a chef! Remarkable mechanic and person. Warm, friendly, courteous and above all knowledgeable. If he was a roofer I'd hire him even if I didn't need new shingles. Singularly the most wonderful experience I've had with any public contact individual in years. I can't imagine ever, ever having my automobile serviced any other way again. To top it all off - I didn't have to go to James, he came to me. Simply - this guy is GOOD. I can't wait to recommend him to others.
