Zach was a trooper. On a very cold day, he still kept to his appointment while under the weather. The repair was very thorough and he answered every question we had. I will definitely request him for any other auto repair I need.

Zach showed up 5 minutes early, called me when he was outside, and came prepared with all parts. He was professional, friendly, and skilled. He completed his work in a timely manner and reported his findings to me. He took excellent pictures of all work and sent me a detailed report via e-mail. All of this on a Saturday, for less than half what the local shop quoted me, and I got to sit in my sweatclothes sipping coffee, catching up with my Girlfriend rather than sitting in a waiting room. Can I give him 10 stars? Zach arrived early and fixed my window motor/regulator in no time. This was my first experience using Your Mechanic and I was a bit skeptical about the service but all fears went out the window with this experience. So much better than taking my car to the dealership where they seem to magically find 20 other things wrong with my vehicle every time I come near them. I found the price to be completely reasonable with Your Mechanic and I sourced my own parts beforehand to save time. Zach was super friendly and knowledgeable and I will definitely request him again for any service needs.

First of all, I had higher expectations from this service. Everything he did, I could have done myself. It was not worth the money. The level of professionalism was very casual and average. He checked a few things and said that I should buy it because it is well worth the money. My concerns were kind of brushed off. He was at least kind. Not even five miles after driving the car off of the lot, I notice the check engine light. I have not gotten it checked because of the cost and anxiety. I wanted this service because the last time I bought a car, the check engine light came on a few days later and started a bunch of problems. Months later with this car, it has began to sound super rough and has been leaking fluid since I brought it home. It's pretty bad. I have been putting this off because the thought of it brings me anxiety and make me sad.
