Manuel was great! He swapped out my janky fuel pump under the warranty and fully inspected the rest of my vehicle. Just took it for a test drive and everything seems to be working perfectly.

I did not meet him - the inspection was done under the supervision of the truck's owner. He failed to write down and clearly photograph the badly cracked windshield: side to side, top to bottom cracks. They don't affect driver visibility, and it will be replaced, but it makes me wonder what else he didn't notice. In his defense, the inspection form does NOT have a place to record the condition of the windshield. That is something that the management needs to take care of.
