I've been an automotive technician since 1996. Over my career I've worked at several automotive shops, as well as in the United States Military as an aircraft mechanic. I have experience working on all types of Domestic, Asian, and European vehicles, and stay up to date on the latest repair and diagnostic technologies. Making sure my customers' vehicular needs are taken care of is my priority in every job.

This was my first time using Your Mechanic. I've used the same mechanic for over five years but the last few times I have had work on my truck, I felt like I was being greatly over charged. While Googling the newest ailment my truck was presenting, I came across the Your Mechanic website and was intrigued. I was about 80% sure what was wrong with my truck so I requested a quote for what possibly needed fixed. It was a very reasonable price so I went ahead and made an appointment. Ben showed up right on time. I told him what the main issue was and he immediately said that he would definitely check out other factors that could be causing the problem. After he ruled everything else out he got to work on replacing the a/c condenser fan. The job was done within the estimated hour. I will definitely be using Your Mechanic in the future.
