Kelsi was very nice, knowledgeable, and professional she does great work. I needed my radiator replaced Kelsi replaced it in a timely manner. After having to reschedule, Kelsi was able to work around a busy holiday week with a busy work and child care schedule. I'm not a pro, but I have enough mechanical knowledge to know that Kelsi was very efficient and able to swap the thermostat out 8x faster than the time the dealership quoted.
