Need an honest and hardworking mechanic? Gary is your guy. You don’t find very many mechanics like him. I am so thankful to have found this mechanic.

Although I have confidence in my local mechanic, I could not afford their quote to fix my car. I was looking online to see what was involved with fixing it and found the "Your Mechanic" link and checked it out. I had a bit of concern, being a woman, about possibly being taken advantage of financially AND having someone come to my home to do the work (one reason I had my brother here). Gary R. arrived for our appointment 15 minutes early (appreciated). He evaluated the issues with my car and fixed them quickly and completely. He knows his stuff! My brother, Nick and I both appreciate Gary's professional, but friendly and courteous manner, besides his automotive skills. Ladies, this is a mechanic and company that has proven their reliability to me. Their fees are reasonable and you are not over-billed for the parts either. I checked. :D And then there is the 12 month, 12,000 mile warranty... Thank you, Gary and the Your Mechanic team. I will be recommending (and using) your services in the future. Fantastic person and mechanic! Gary made my first time using yourmechanic an extremely pleasant experience. He was able to walk me through the entire process and answer any questions I had along the way. He was very personable and really went above and beyond what was expected of him in terms of customer service and being a mechanic. He was first sent out to me for a "car won't start (inspection)" and within an hour had a diagnosis and a quote ready. The next day, he installed a starter and I couldn't be happier with my experience with Gary.

Gary was a fantastic mechanic. He worked carefully and patiently to replace the timing belt on my vehicle. He had a clear understanding of how to do this and references his sizeable experience working on many different vehicles, especially BMW and Audi. I've got several other jobs to do on my car, and I will be turning to Gary and YourMechanic, before a shop or garage. Thanks Gary!

Friendly and professional, arrived right on time! When the diagnostic was completed and the problem was found, there was a slight problem when I only had the option to book a -second- appointment to have a battery installed (2 days later!) He went out of his way to get that process straightened out and the work completed maybe 30 minutes later, instead of making me wait for Monday. All-in-all an excellent experience from a service I didn't even realize existed until the previous evening!
