He got my car running after not running for several years. He replaced the gas pump which failed and he adjusted the carburetor so that the engine would run smoothly. He also hooked up a loose wire that made my tachometer function.

Richard was so knowledgeable and generous with his information. In my experience as a woman, mechanics have a tendency to kind of talk down and be condescending. Richard made every effort to educate me and answer all of my questions. He also didn't think twice about going under the car when it was just starting to rain - which was impressive in and of itself.

I was very impressed with Alex in his expertise and professionalism when working on my car. My car needed more work than expected, and he stayed late working, and even came back on his day off to finish the job. Car is running great now, and I'll definitely use him again for future needs. It's rare to find someone with such great customer service and dedication.
