Volkswagen Jetta L4-1.8L Turbo - Brake Pads Replacement (Front) - West Palm Beach, Florida
He arrived an hour after the appointment time but had called ahead and was very professional. He got stuck at another site. When he showed up he got straight to work and fixed my car within 30 minutes. My dealership wanted to charge me $200 more and have me take a loaner car for two days. This is WAY more convenient. I'll be using his services if anything else happens with my car.

I am deeply frustrated with YourMechanic company. I was charged $75 for the inspection and that was NOT applied towards a fix job of the brakes. I have called 4 times to discuss this. The first time I talked with the Customer Service rep. and he said that my contact person would call me back. Nobody called. Next day, I called and left a message and phone number. Still no return call. Next day left another voice message. A day later still no call. Just called and left a 3rd message. Today is now Friday and this has been going on since Monday. I deeply regret having recommended this company "YourMechanic" to family and friends. If this issue is not resolved to my satisfaction, I will certainly notify EVERYONE to NOT (at any cost) use or call YourMechanic to have work done on a car.
