Tein was on time, early in fact. He was friendly and personable. Unfortunately the repairs could not be done by him for my immediate problem which was a smog certification. I'm still working on getting that resolved.

Normally I do not confess to auto techs that I spent 40 years as a GM Service Manager and Service Advisor. BUT, Brikk was so pleasant and likable, our conversation was that of cars. He not only fixed my problem, but was sure to check other items on my car that I had not complained about. As I always tell everyone, there is but one thing that surpasses great customer service, and that is MORE of it...Thank you Brikk for a job well done, and if I ever need your service again, consider your phone ringing...Thanks

WOW!!! I loved the experience of having a mechanic come to my home. He arrived promptly, introduced himself and got right to work. He took his time to explain what he was doing, and answered all my questions. I was so surprised when he told me the repairs were still under warranty (my car is 7 years old/67,000 miles), Wow, now that is a honest mechanic!!!! :) I highly recommend "Your Mechanic". All about Brake Rotors/Discs Replacement

A brake rotor is a smooth metal disc attached to the wheel hub. Most new cars (1999 and above) come with rotors at each wheel. Older cars may have drums instead of rotors at the rear wheels . Brake rotors play an important part in the braking system. It is the friction between brake pads and rotors that cause your car to slow down and stop. As the rotors wear out (become thin or warped), they are unable to dissipate the heat caused by the braking system. This will cause the brake fluid to boil and reduce the effectiveness of brake system significantly.
