My door wont open inside and out

Iac valve

When you turned on the key the IAC was energized and would push out the spring due to this. Just put spring back in and reinstall after it is cleaned.

My Car won’t move in gears, I didn’t have any problems leading up to this as far as gears slipping and transmission problems. Could it be low or no fuel? Or is the transmission bad? My mechanic said shift solenoid is stuck.
