Showed up on time and did a thorough inspection of a car I was going to purchase. Was very friendly and seemed happy to talk about the couple extra questions I had about the vehicle. Side note for those that are concerned about COVID, Michael wore a mask and stayed 6 ft or more away when we were talking.

In a nutshell, joe was fantastic even though a bolt on my alternator gave him hell. He ended returning to my home three times after having to purchase a special kit to remove this crazy bolt that was stripped and did not want to come off. He returned for the third time this morning right at 7:00 am. Hearing my car start around 8:20 am was music to my ears. There’s a warranty on the part. He provided a quick overview of my cars condition with the tires, brakes, fluids. All good. I now say I have a mechanic on call if I ever need one. Thanks Joe!!
