No lame fake customer service attitude, talks like a regular working man, I respect it. Worked fast and didn't try to get me to spend more than I had to.

Hugh was very on time, and did the repair I needed done. He was very helpful as to what else probably should be done before any long distance travels and quoted me a fair price on those repairs. I will more than likely heed his advice and be contacting him in the near future to have the additional parts replaced. Very pleasant individual to converse with.
