Showed up w/in the time frame given. Having experience w/ cars myself, he was open to my input, & shifted focus to zero in on the issue. Once he found the problem, he explained what it was (& pointed it out so I could see myself), w/out any "fluff", & had a solution.

William arrived on time for my appointment he's been here and worked on my car before he did an excellent job the first time and he did a fantastic job the second time I am really appreciate his experience and his knowledge and I will always request him anytime I have an issue with my carI recommend him as a great mechanic and a nice guy . Tinashe provided excellent customer service - he was on time, efficient, and explained my issue and went straight to work. He did his inspection and recommended some additional work to fix the issues that he found. He even explained to me why some of the shops in my area were turning away work on these older vehicles. I appreciated his honesty, as I couldn’t get a straight answer from these shops. I would recommend Tinashe to anyone, and would certainly book him again.
