Robert was an amazing technician who seems to know all the old school tricks. This is very important as a lot of cars nowadays overcomplicate things. He explained thoroughly that my catalytic converter could be going out but it might just be something that Mitsubishi doesn't correct for whenever the oxygen sensor is sending weird numbers etc. He looked over everything. Although he couldn't replicate the issue. (Car has to be driven around though for this) He suspects a vacuum leak which just confirms my suspicions. He also arrived 15 minutes early to the appointment. Very knowledgeable about cars and mechanical stuff in general. Would book with him again to fix other issues that I cant fix myself. I just dont have the time, tools shop or experience to fix major issues.
