In the past 10 days I have booked Scott to perform the following: Transfer Case Fluid Replacement, Front End Differential Fluid Replacement and today Rear End Differential Fluid Replacement. As a woman, a lot of mechanics have spoken down to me due to my gender, been condescending when explaining things, or just acted plain creepy towards me. I am very happy to say that I experienced none of those things with Thomas, he was professional and courteous and very informative. He let me know what was wrong with my car and took the time to explain all of the factors that led to the issue and how to prevent it from happening in the future. The car I had serviced was a Mercedes and it can be difficult having that car worked on without seeing a specialist that works specifically on European cars, but Thomas was very knowledgeable while also being very clear and open about what he was less familiar with regarding European cars. Will definitely have him work on my car in the future and would recommend to anyone trying to find a mechanic for their car.
