As he worked, he patiently and pleasantly maintained conversation while explaining what he was doing, which was something new and welcomed. He seems really knowledgeable and he knows what he is doing. Very easy to communicate. I had an incorrect address put in since where I live is a new neighborhood and address is not pulling up, all I had to do was to message him and he responded promptly. The next day he shows up and checks my car and performs the service. I did not have to pay extra fee as what you paid online is the total cost. Car service went smoothly. He just quoted me for brakes which he said I still have few more months on that and not really bad. I also appreciate him answering all the questions I have about my car. Highly recommended!
