Before beginning work he asked for the symptoms that led to me asking the repair, and asked if I had any additional concerns about the vehicle he could inspect while performing service. I was amazed to get so quick an appointment after discovering hot air blowing into my car instead of cool. I was more amazed that David would come on a Saturday! He not only came, even a little early, but he quickly got cold air for me, also flushed my brown brake fluid and refilled the tank with pretty yellow.. David explained the AC problem and warned that his "fix" is probably temporary and why. Since I drive my car only a couple times a week for short trips, I will wait to get the system replaced until it becomes necessary, then request David.
