Very happy with Christopher's work. He was on time, very communicative, and the experience and final result exceeded my expectations. The cost of service was very fair. I'm a first time "Your Mechanic" user and, not knowing what to expect, I appreciated that there was no up-selling or other sales pitch for more services that you get at pretty much every standard shop and dealer. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Jimmi was phenomenal! I have been worried about my car and he was so kind, put me at ease, and got to work. I didn't even realize how quickly time had gone by until he was done. My car is running so much smoother right now (it hasn't sounded that clear in a while) and I'm excited to run errands and travel again in my own car. He was wonderful! It took a while to get the correct part delivered, but overall service was great. He showed me parts of my car and I learned a few things on the way.
