My experience with Nick was truly exceptional. He's going to be my go-to mechanic from now on. He arrived earlier than my appointment time, and took extra time to explain to me what was going on with the misfirings, and how there was some oil leakage in the valve area, but that he had seen worse. The information that he provided me was more than I expected. He went above and beyond by not only providing recommendations, but also prioritized what I absolutely needed to repair due to safety issues, and items that what were just basic maintenance at 120,000 miles that was specific to my car (which he looked up and verified and showed me). He walked through every line item on repair maintenance quotes, and he was very jovial and informative. Great interpersonal and customer service skills. I can't wait to recommend Nick to my friends and family, because I'm so overjoyed and relieved I finally found a mechanic that I trust!!! Thanks for providing such exceptional service, Nick!!

Andrew was awesome!! He was fast and very knowledgeable. We even talked a little about manga Would definitely recommend him!!

Joel arrived and we discussed repairs. He informed me the intake gasket had been replaced. THE Timing gasket , did not need replacement, he determined clean cover and tighten bolts to manufactured specs. Went to fluid flushes.
