2007 Honda CR-V 40,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

Chris was amazing! He called ahead to let me know he was running behind, which for me is huge! Communication is the most important thing, and he is great at that! He got to my place and determined the starter was out and then helped me determine the next steps. He came back to finish the job as promised, and he did not leave until it was done. A lot of people would just leave and come back another time, but he asked if he could make sure I had a working car, even if it was 9PM and he got it done! I have never been happier with a mechanic!

This is the first time I used Your Mechanic. Jeremy was great! He was polite, prompt and a top notch mechanic. He called in advance to see if he could come earlier than the scheduled appointment which worked out well. I appreciated that he honestly evaluated my brakes and said I did not need the brake work at this time. He was very neat, ordered and efficient in the other work he did--control arm and tie rods.... and did a great job! All of it at a better(fair) price than the garage mechanic that quoted me. I would definitely recommend Jeremy and anticipate using Your Mechanic again in the future.

Joshua was on time, professional, and very helpful in not only performing the cable change, but in analyzing the underlying cause for what caused the issue.
