Had an appointment for a Thursday afternoon. But Jesse was given the wrong part. The correct part was ordered and a new appt scheduled for the following Monday. Through Jesse's due diligence the part came in on Saturday. To Jesse's credit, rather than waiting until Monday, he called me Sunday and the AC compressor was installed and now I have COLD air in my car!!
Part mix up seems no ones fault as Ford made several different AC compressors for my car within a very short timeframe.
