I'm not sure but I was supposed to have my tires rotated that didn't happen and as to the 50 point inspiration all I got was everything was ok . I have a Maintenance agreement in my loan so I have so many of these? Tire rotations oil changes and 50 point inspections. But if they come and decide not to do um what am I to do
