2002 Ford Escape 84,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

This is my first time using this service and I am very happy on the outcome. Nolan had clear communication with the service that I had needed. Before my appointment he had messaged me to ask if I needed a replacement or seal done. The day before my appointment he messaged me saying he had all the parts needed and told me the exact time he was going to be at my house. The quoted time was correct. After Nolan had replaced the part he walked me through what he had done, and told me all the pictures would be uploaded onto the website along with any comments he found. It's very hard going to a mechanic as a woman as most mechanics will talk down to us but I did not have this experience with Nolan. Nolan talked to me with respect and went above and beyond. I wish every mechanic was as nice as Nolan.

Ronnie took the time to investigate what was wrong and took the time to explained in detail what was needed. I will have the work done tomorrow and have confidence in the work he will do. Recommend him for sure!
