Looking for a mechanic for my elderly father in the area when I stumbled up YourMechanic. In disbelief that anyone made "house calls". Booked an appointment out of desperation, and crossed my fingers. Spoke to David before the appointment with a lot of ???? From me, he was very courteous and patient, answered them all. Called me before he started the work to reassure me and called again after completion to explain. We could not have asked for a better experience! Gustavo arrived early. He was friendly and personable from the moment we said hello and shook hands. He did the 50 point inspection with my husband and son observing. He did not mind them being there at all. He was honest with us and explained everything that needed to be done and how soon each thing should be done. We are definitely going to have him take care of these things for us soon. I highly recommend Your Mechanic, especially for Seniors and those who just don't have the time to go sit at a service center. I am so grateful that Gustavo was assigned to us!
