1996 Ford Aerostar 63,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

I had completely forgotten about Your Mechanic, it was so long ago for my first service. All I know was I was unhappy with the places I had been taking my car. Not that they didn't do the work, but I was just a number, not a customer. Having Lucas and Your Mechanic out again I remembered with Lucas it was just the opposite. All he wanted to do was do the job right and make me happy. He did both. He's a great guy and a very good mechanic.

Nicholas was Great! He as early and communicated throughout the whole process. He was polite and took care of the repair in the estimated time! Very easy to work with.

John was incredible! We are so grateful to have had him come out to replace our breaks. He was patient and informing - he helped me know what went wrong and what else I could do in the future without belittling me - and definitely knew what he was doing. He stayed longer to check his work and ensure quality. Positive attitude throughout the entire time, if I was local he would be my go to guy!
