Andrew is knowledgeable about cars! He fixed my car door window, aka Window "regulator" quickly, showing me the parts that had snapped off. He phoned in advance to introduce himself and answered about 15 questions while he drove to my home to perform the work. Andrew had the parts with him--from a reputable vendor. I will request him personally in the future for everything they can do in the driveway--without a lift. This service, YourMechanic.com is the wave of the future. Remarkably more convenient--at home or work. Andrew is honest--and loyal--does not try to move new customers off platform. And I love it when someone knows their limits...and admits it! At the end of the one hour service (30 minutes faster than predicted) he went across the street to briefly see my neighbor's car windows. And when he saw the issue with sunblock film, he said, "I've done it but I'm not good at that--so I would not take that job." Price? Andrew and YourMechanic beat two other bids, and beat it "bigly"! They charged $171, compared to the Dodge dealer that quoted $450! And my usual oil change place refused to say, wanted me to get a ride to drop off my Caravan the night before, and wonder, and then have to get another ride back to collect the car IF they quoted a price I would pay. So this is definitely worth checking out. You can ask questions and further describe the funny noises or symptoms up front. And as long as you do that within 3 hours of booking (with your credit card), you may cancel without a $30 penalty. That gave me time to check some other prices.

Not only was keith very professional but was able to handle an issue with my complex manager being very rude to him with nothing but respect and professional responses and I was able to have him continue his work. He gets the job done and i thank your mechanic for having such great pros like Keith.
