2013 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD 12,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

He was great very friendly but You guys gave him the wrong part and jacked up the price on me and I’m not happy about that! You gave me an estimate of 181 bucks and then jacked it up 100 bucks because the part Supposedly cost more! This is not a good way to do business! I tried to tell you it was an 05 avalanche but he brought a part w/o cruise control and That’s on You! I had no problem with the mechanic and the job he did. I Do however have a problem with the Extra cost of the part!

Royal kept me in the loop for his arrival time. When he arrived, he explained ithe work process in detail and gave me an estimated timeframe. He was finished in under the timeframe and explained the work he had done. After a test drive, the checkout process was easy. I would definitely recommend Royal!
