Lucas was friendly ,professional ,upfront and honest . He went above & beyond than most any other mechanics I've dealt with. He explained things to me in a way so I could understand it properly. It was an absolute pleasure having him work on my car! I plan to specifically seek him out regarding any new work that is needed in the future .

I appreciate that he took the time to point out the parts he was speaking about and speak to how they were affecting things. I also appreciate that he was a bit early to the appointment so we could wrap things up quickly. He gave detailed instructions for the next steps I should take after diagnosing my car's problems, and I got the same info that day via the website/email. I felt like he really listened to my explanations about the the trouble I was having/sounds I was hearing. He also asked permission to through away the trash from his work in my garbage can, which I thought was very respectful.
