Great customer service, super personable, he arrived early which I love. He did a great job, even checked on additional issues he saw and gave me recommendations. First time with this service, he won me over as a repeat customer.

Matthew shook my hand right away upon meeting me. I told him a little about what happened to the car based on my knowledge and just what I heard when driving it. He understood completely. He didn't chastise me about not taking care of the car (I've had a mechanic do this). He was very courteous and once he said he used to work for GM I knew he was the guy to work on my vehicle. He was done within an hour and 15 minutes. It would've taken me all day to do this. I didn't mind the price. I thought it was reasonable. Great job Matthew! My car sounds great!

Very professional and honest! Thought I needed an alternator and turned out to be an O2 sensor. Johnathan went and got the part and was done in no time. Great mechanic! I hope to have him again should another issue surface.
