I'm am very pleased with Joe. He showed up on time and was very cordial as well as professional. His complete assessment of my Air Conditioning /Heating issues were diagnosed quickly. I had recently had repairs made by an overpriced shady mobile mechanic and Joe validated my suspicion. I received a very reasonable quote within minutes and will be moving forward with my repairs. Originally I called William out to replace my serpentine and drive belts, change oil, and replace my top radiator hose because we believed that was the source of the fluid leak for the radiator. A few problems came along, namely that the belts I provided were mismatched but one worked, and after replacing the upper radiator hose we found a leak in the water pump itself that is probably the real problem. I had to book for next Saturday, but overall I am impressed and greatly relieved with the service I've received. I look forward to continuing to use William as my mechanic.

With sleeping kids, spouse, and dogs in the house, I really appreciated that with a 7:45AM appointment on a Monday morning, Luke texted & called when he arrived instead of knocking on the door or ringing the doorbell.
