Dan was excellent! He diagnosed the issue and had my car running in no time. Dan provided very valuable insight and recommendations regarding the status of my vehicle.

James arrived early, after calling to make sure I could accept an early arrival. In spite of the difficulty in accessing the parts that were affected, he completed the job in a very timely manner, and made sure everything was properly taken care of, including properly torquing the lug nuts which had been over torqued by a previous service at a national chain. Very informative and communicative, talked cars and also informed me about some other issues the car would have and future maintenance I might be in need of.
