I stated as a general service tech at a small shop. I quickly learned from the more experienced technicians. I worked my way up and onto other places that taught me a lot. I started working at a place and learned how to prepare estimates. I realized I really enjoyed the interaction with the customer. The ability to explain the cause and the repair to them in a way that made sense. This is what I continue to do to this day. I love what I do!!!!
