As Patrick said in his profile, " I have the experience to get the job done quickly and accurately." That's exactly what he did today for my Toyota. This is my first time of using yourmechanic, folks, I’m impressed and I will definitely use it again. This is because Patrick was easy and knowledgeable to work with. I know little about cars and sometimes I ask a lot of question. Asking Patrick a question wasn't an issue compared to some mechanics that would reply to your question in a condescending manner. More so, he was professional and honest. He replaced my alternator less than an hour and checked other parts of my car to make sure all was good. He appeared friendly and humble. That's important if you're letting someone you know nothing about to work on your car. I will use it again and recommend him to others. By the way, price was good too. Thanks

Mark arrived on time, fixed the issue and took the extra time to check belts, fluid levels, tire pressure. He was very knowledgeable, professional and I already plan on using him again for another job.

Hi everyone, Theodore is my mechanic he was very Professional, kind and always on top of his job with a lot of patients by answering my questions and showing me what he's going to do. Theodore went beyond the job and did checks on other items such as oil level, tire pressure(he added air too), he added a whole bottle of windshield fluid at no extra charge and etc... he took care of my car like it was his own. Feels good waiting at my home then going to shop and wait there for hours. I appreciate Theodore and yourmechanic very great experience, thank you Theodore

All about Alternator Replacement

The alternator is the component that charges the battery in your car. When you use electrical components in your car (stereo, lights, etc.), the battery loses power. The alternator recharges the battery, replenishing the lost battery power. The alternator is located in the engine compartment. If the alternator is not working properly, your car will only stay running for as long as the battery has power stored. Once the battery loses power, your car will not start. Normally, a malfunctioning alternator will turn on the battery warning light or will have a low volt gauge reading.
