Michael was very knowledgeable. Great manners. Did not leave a mess behind. Very detailed with identifying things that were considered to be an upcoming critical repair vs repairs down the road. He knew exactly what the problem was. When we originally tested the car, the gear would not shift into Drive or Reverse after the 1st repair. Michael took a deep dive look at the Driver Front Axle that was replaced. The Vendor order the wrong Axle. Michael was very patient and kind with notifying the Vendor and reading the Model Number repeatedly to the Equipment Vendor. The Vendor mistakenly provide an Axel that should go on a Pontiac Turbo and not a regular Axle for a Standard Pontiac. Michael quickly ascertain the issue to make sure the correct Axle would be ordered. We need knowledgeable Mechanics that really knows their stuff when it comes to repairs. Michael Pierce did just that. Michael came back the very next day, which was Easter Sunday, placing his family on hold for just a few hours to make sure the me-The Customer is 100% satisfied.
