This has been an incredible experience using MyMechanic with Chris Almshouse. Chris was on time - actually a bit earlier which worked for me and Chris. He was thoughtful enough to explain everything he was doing to my transmission and described what he found while working on my car. He seems to have a deeper understanding of auto mechanics that you generally won't find in some of the brand named auto repair garages in the area. Jeremy was excellent, he is very knowledgeable about Mercedes Benz. As soon as he arrived and check on the problem was able to give me a estime of the repair, he came back the next day with the battery for my car and installed it with no problem. Gregory was awesome! Took the time not just one day but two in a row to make sure we got the problem solved with my husbands car. It had been sitting for a good while and were worried we might not get the problem figured out in time for my husband to have to go to work again but Greg made it happen! He was very friendly, professional and took the time to explain to us what he believed to be the issue with the car. I wasn't sure about this company after they cancelled on me twice, but I'd call them again in a heart beat knowing guys like Greg work for them. Thank you again so so much Greg!!!!
