2009 Kia Sportage 25,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

I was amazed to get so quick an appointment after discovering hot air blowing into my car instead of cool. I was more amazed that David would come on a Saturday! He not only came, even a little early, but he quickly got cold air for me, also flushed my brown brake fluid and refilled the tank with pretty yellow.. David explained the AC problem and warned that his "fix" is probably temporary and why. Since I drive my car only a couple times a week for short trips, I will wait to get the system replaced until it becomes necessary, then request David. David is the fifth service person I've dealt with through YourMechanic, each one excellent--personable, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Rubynelle Thyne

I had scheduled Mr. Tran to come replace a starter for me recently. I didn't plan the appointment very well and low and behold, it ended up raining pretty hard while he was in the middle of the job. I felt bad -- but I made sure I appreciated his skill and ability to complete the task. Thanks again, car has had no problems starting (knock on wood) since the starter has been replaced.
