Robert was great; he was able to arrive ahead of schedule (after to calling to confirm that was ok) and once he arrived he quickly figured out the problem. I loved how he was able to drive out to me so I didn't have to worry about towing, and he gave me a really clear understanding of what was going on with my car. If you have a problem with your car, James is THE mechanic to help you understand what is and what is not working. I was worried that I'd never be able to figure out what was wrong with my car, but he made sure to test everything so there was no stone left unturned. From the engine checking software to actually testing out what parts could be worn or need replacing, my car's inspection was one of the most educational and helpful I've ever gotten. He's an incredibly kind and knowledgeable mechanic and I'll book with him again when I can.

Jimmi was phenomenal! I have been worried about my car and he was so kind, put me at ease, and got to work. I didn't even realize how quickly time had gone by until he was done.
